Branch Setup
Add a new location, configure its settings, and assign staff in under 5 minutes.
Adding a new branch
- 1Go to Settings → BranchesClick
Add Branch. - 2Fill in branch detailsEnter the branch name, physical address, phone number, and tax settings.
- 3Configure receipt settingsSet the receipt header (business name, NTN, STRN) and footer message for this branch.
- 4Set the menuChoose whether this branch uses the master menu or a customised version. You can hide specific items or set branch-specific prices.
- 5Assign staffGo to Staff and set the branch assignment for relevant team members.
- 6Install the Cashier POSDownload the app on the branch tablet, log in with the staff Employee ID and 6-digit PIN assigned to this branch, and select the branch on first launch.
Branch settings reference

| Branch Name | Display name — shown on the POS, dashboard, and reports |
| Address | Printed on all receipts from this branch |
| Tax Rate (%) | GST rate applied to all orders at this branch |
| Currency | PKR by default — contact support for other currencies |
| Receipt Footer | Custom message at the bottom of every receipt (e.g. thank you message) |
| Timezone | Set correctly for accurate hourly analytics |
Branch-specific menu configuration
From the master menu, you can control per branch:
- Item visibility — show or hide specific items at this branch
- Branch pricing — override the master price for a specific branch
- Availability schedule — automatically show or hide items at certain times
Terminal setup
Each physical tablet is a terminal. A branch can have multiple terminals for high-volume locations. Each terminal runs its own till session. All terminals at the same branch share the same menu and inventory.
On Enterprise plans, you can run a dedicated terminal for a drive-through, counter, or specific service area — each with its own till session and cashier.
