Branch Settings
Payment mode, payment methods, discounts, expenses, receipt, and general configuration for a branch.
Branch Settings are configured from the branch section inside the Management Software. Each section is collapsible — expand it, make your changes, and save.
Payment Mode
Controls when customers pay for their order.
| Mode | Description |
|---|
| Pay Now | Customer pays immediately at the counter — suited for fast food and counter service |
| Pay Later | Order is placed first and payment is collected at the end — suited for fine dining and table service |
Payment Methods
Enable or disable each payment method for this branch. Disabled methods are hidden from the Cashier POS payment screen. Each method also supports an optional tax rate override.

Discount Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|
| Maximum Percentage Discount | Highest percentage discount a cashier can apply (0–100%) |
| Maximum Fixed Discount | Highest fixed amount discount allowed |
| Require Manager PIN | Manager must enter their PIN to authorise any discount |
| Require Discount Reason | Staff must provide a reason when applying a discount |
Expense Configuration

| Approval Threshold | Expenses above this amount require manager approval before they can be saved |
| Require Receipt Above | Expenses above this amount must have a receipt attached |
| Cashier Can Create Expenses | Toggle whether cashiers are allowed to log expenses from the POS |
Receipt Configuration
| Setting | Description |

| Show Logo | Display the restaurant logo at the top of the receipt |
| Header Text | Custom text printed at the top of the receipt (e.g. "Welcome!") |
| Footer Text | Custom message at the bottom (e.g. "Thank you for your visit!") |
| Show QR Code | Print a QR code on the receipt — enter the URL it should point to |
| Show Tax Breakdown | Display a line-by-line tax breakdown on the receipt |
| Show Item Codes | Print item codes alongside item names |
| Paper Width | 58mm or 80mm — select to match your receipt printer |
| Font Size | Scale receipt text between 0.8× and 1.0× |
General Settings
