Menu Management

Build your entire menu — categories, items, variations, and addons — without calling IT.

Menu Management lets you create and update your full menu from the browser. Changes sync to all Cashier POS terminals immediately — no restarts.

Categories

Categories appear as tabs on the Cashier POS order screen. Every item must belong to at least one category.

    Go to Menu → Categories
    Click Add Category, enter a name and optional icon, then save.

Variations

Use variations when an item comes in different sizes or styles at different prices. When an item has variations, the base price is not used — each variation price stands alone.

You can also create per-variation recipes so a Large deducts more milk from inventory than a Small.

Addon groups

CSV bulk import

    Download the template
    Go to Menu → Import and download the CSV template.

    Fill in your items
    Add name, category, price, variations, and addons following the column headers.
  3. 3
    Upload and review
    Upload the file. Any validation errors show with row numbers before any items are saved.
The import does not overwrite existing items by default. Use the Replace option if you want to update matching SKUs.

Branch-level availability

On multi-branch accounts, each item can be toggled available or unavailable per branch independently via the Branch Menu configuration. This controls whether the item appears on the Cashier POS at that location.
