Staff & Permissions
Employee ID + 6-digit PIN login, role-based access, manager approvals, and full audit trails.
TTT POS gives every team member exactly the access they need — no more, no less. Staff log in to both the Cashier POS and the Management Software with their Employee ID and a 6-digit PIN.
Roles

Creating a staff member
- 1Go to Staff → Add StaffFill in the name, email address, assign a role, and assign a terminal.
- 2PIN assignedA 6-digit PIN is automatically generated by the system. The staff member uses their Employee ID and this PIN to log in.
- 3Assign to a branchOn multi-branch accounts, assign the staff member to one or more branches. They will only be able to see data for their assigned branches.
Manager approvals
Certain sensitive actions on the Cashier POS require a Manager PIN before they proceed:
- Applying a discount above the cashier's permitted threshold
- Voiding a confirmed order
- Processing a refund
- Opening the cash drawer without a sale
When triggered, the POS shows a lock screen. Any logged-in Manager or Admin can approve by entering their PIN.
Staff performance
The Management Software tracks sales per staff member across every shift. Go to Reports → Staff Performance to see:
- Total revenue processed per cashier
- Number of orders taken
- Average order value
- Discounts and voids per staff member
Audit trail
Every action in TTT POS is logged server-side — order creation, cancellations, refunds, discounts, till opens/closes, and logins. Contact support to request an audit log extract for your account.
