Management Software

The Management Software is fully web-based — nothing to install. It works in any modern browser.

Screen	1280 × 720 minimum — laptop or desktop recommended
Internet	Required for real-time sync and reports

Cashier POS

The Cashier POS runs on Android and iOS tablets, designed for touchscreen operation.

Device	Android tablet (Android 8+) or iPad (iPadOS 13+)
Screen size	8 inches minimum — 10–12 inches recommended
RAM	3 GB minimum — 4 GB+ recommended
Storage	2 GB free space
Internet	Required for setup and sync — works offline during service

Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (10.5″) — best value
Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (10.4″) — good performance
iPad (9th / 10th gen) — premium option
Lenovo Tab M10 Plus — budget-friendly

Receipt printers

TTT POS supports ESC/POS thermal printers connected via USB, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi.

USB	Direct cable from printer to tablet — most reliable
Bluetooth	Wireless within ~10 m — good for portable setups
Wi-Fi / LAN	Network printer shared across all terminals on the same network

Network

Scenario	Requirement
Normal operation	Stable internet (2 Mbps+) for real-time sync
Offline mode	No internet needed — orders queue and sync on reconnect
Multi-branch	Each branch needs its own internet connection

Offline mode is automatic. If internet drops during a shift, the Cashier POS keeps working. All data syncs with no loss the moment the connection returns.
