Loyalty System Overview

Built-in digital loyalty — stamp cards and points that live in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

TTT POS includes a complete built-in loyalty system. No third-party app required — your customers collect stamps and points on a digital card that lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

How it works

Customer enrols
At checkout, the cashier looks up the customer by phone number or they scan a QR code. If they're new, a loyalty card is created instantly.

Stamps or points are added
Based on your loyalty rules — after every purchase, or when they spend a threshold amount — stamps or points are added automatically.

Customer installs the card
A link is sent via SMS or QR code. The customer taps to add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The card updates live without reinstalling.

Customer redeems
When a reward is available, the cashier applies it at the payment screen with one tap — the discount applies immediately.

Loyalty types

The digital wallet card

Each customer gets a single card that shows:

Your restaurant name and logo
Current stamp count or point balance
Reward progress (e.g. "7 of 10 stamps collected")
A unique QR code for cashier lookup
Tier status and next tier milestone (if tiers are enabled)

The card updates live in the customer's wallet every time they earn or redeem — they see their new balance the moment the cashier confirms the sale.
