Automated campaign rules that trigger bonus stamps, points, or rewards based on customer behaviour.
Campaign rules let you run targeted, automated loyalty promotions without any manual effort. Once configured, the system applies them automatically whenever a customer meets the criteria.
Campaign types
Win-Back
Trigger a double-stamp or bonus points offer for customers who haven't visited in X days.
Milestone Reward
Give a bonus when a customer reaches their 5th, 10th, or 25th visit.
Birthday Reward
Automatically add bonus stamps or a free item in the customer's birthday month.
Spend Threshold
Unlock a special reward when a customer crosses a lifetime spend milestone (e.g. Rs.10,000).
Creating a campaign rule
- 1Go to Customers → CampaignsClick
New Campaign Rule. - 2Select campaign typeChoose from Win-Back, Milestone, Birthday, or Spend Threshold.
- 3Configure the triggerSet the condition — e.g. 30 days since last visit, 10th order, birthday month, Rs.10,000 lifetime spend.
- 4Set the rewardDefine what the customer gets — bonus stamps, bonus points, a free item, or a percentage discount.
- 5ActivateThe campaign runs automatically. Eligible customers receive the benefit on their next qualifying transaction.
