Configure your loyalty programme — rules, rewards, card design, and customer enrolment.
Set up your loyalty programme once in the Management Software — it runs automatically from that point on.
Creating a loyalty programme
- 1Go to Customer Management → Campaign RulesClick
Create Campaign Ruleand give it a name. - 2Choose programme typeSelect Stamp Card, Points, or Tier-based. You can run multiple programmes simultaneously.
- 3Set your earning rulesConfigure when and how customers earn — per visit, per transaction over a threshold, or per PKR spent.
- 4Set your rewardDefine what the customer earns at the target — a free item, a percentage discount, or a fixed-amount voucher.
- 5Save and activateThe programme goes live immediately. Existing customers will appear in the programme on their next visit.
Stamp card rules
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Stamps required | How many stamps to collect before the reward unlocks (e.g. 10) |
| Earn trigger | Per visit, per order over PKR X, or per Y PKR spent |
| Reward | Free item, % discount, or fixed amount off |
| Expiry | How long an incomplete card remains valid (e.g. 90 days) |
| Max cards active | Whether a customer can have more than one card in progress |
