Configure your loyalty programme — rules, rewards, card design, and customer enrolment.

Set up your loyalty programme once in the Management Software — it runs automatically from that point on.

Creating a loyalty programme

Go to Customer Management → Campaign Rules
Click Create Campaign Rule and give it a name.

Choose programme type
Select Stamp Card, Points, or Tier-based. You can run multiple programmes simultaneously.

Set your earning rules
Configure when and how customers earn — per visit, per transaction over a threshold, or per PKR spent.

Set your reward
Define what the customer earns at the target — a free item, a percentage discount, or a fixed-amount voucher.

Save and activate
The programme goes live immediately. Existing customers will appear in the programme on their next visit.

Setting	Description
Stamps required	How many stamps to collect before the reward unlocks (e.g. 10)
Earn trigger	Per visit, per order over PKR X, or per Y PKR spent
Reward	Free item, % discount, or fixed amount off
Expiry	How long an incomplete card remains valid (e.g. 90 days)
Max cards active	Whether a customer can have more than one card in progress
