Branch Inventory
Stock tracking, adjustments, and low-stock management scoped to a single branch.
Branch inventory is tracked independently per location. Stock levels at Branch A have no effect on Branch B — each branch manages its own quantities, thresholds, and adjustments. Inventory is added to a branch by raising a Purchase Order through the Procurement tab in the Management App.
Viewing branch stock
Go to Branch → Inventory to see all inventory items for this branch with their current quantities, units, low-stock threshold, and last adjustment date.

| Item | Ingredient or service item name |
| Current Stock | Quantity on hand right now |
| Unit | kg, litre, g, ml, unit, pack |
| Threshold | Quantity at which a low-stock alert fires |
| Status | OK, Low Stock, or Out of Stock |

Inventory is displayed in a grid. Items below their threshold are shown with a red line.
