Stamp Cards & Points
How stamps and points accumulate, how rewards unlock, and how cashiers apply them at checkout.
Earning stamps
Stamps are added automatically when an order is confirmed on the Cashier POS — the cashier does not need to do anything extra once a customer is looked up at the start of the order.

| Per visit | Every confirmed order earns 1 stamp, regardless of spend |
| Per order above threshold | Orders over Rs.500 earn 1 stamp |
| Per X PKR spent | Every Rs.200 spent earns 1 stamp |
Earning points
Points are calculated at the time of payment and added to the customer's balance immediately after the order is confirmed.
Points are calculated on the net order value after discounts — not on the gross total.
When a reward unlocks
When a customer completes a stamp card or reaches a points redemption threshold, the card in their wallet updates immediately. On their next visit, the cashier's lookup screen will show the available reward.
Redeeming at checkout
- 1Look up the customerBefore charging, tap Look Up Customer on the payment screen and enter their phone number or scan their QR code.
- 2See available rewardsIf a reward is available, it appears as a button with the reward value.
- 3Apply the rewardTap Apply Reward. The order total is reduced by the reward amount (or the free item is added to the order).
- 4Charge the remaining balanceProcess payment normally for any remaining amount after the reward is applied.
Rewards can be applied alongside other discounts. The loyalty reward is always applied first, then any additional discount on the remaining total.
