Admin & Manager Login

How admins and managers log in to the Management Software using email and password.

The Management Software uses two separate login flows — one for Admins using email and password, and one for Managers using their PIN. Both flows share the same login page.

Admin login

  1. 1
    Open the Management Software
Navigate to your TTT POS Management Software URL in any modern browser.
  2. 2
    Select Admin login
The login page shows two options — Admin and Manager. Select Admin.
  3. 3
    Enter email and password
Type your registered email address and password, then click Sign In.
  4. 4
    Dashboard loads
You land on the main Dashboard with full access to all branches and settings.
Admin accounts have access to all branches, all settings, and all reports. Guard Admin credentials carefully — share Manager accounts for day-to-day operation.

Manager login

  1. 1
    Select Manager login
On the login page, select Manager.
  2. 2
    Enter your Employee ID
Type your Employee ID (automatically generated by the system when your account was created).
  3. 3
    Enter your PIN
Type your 6-digit PIN and press Sign In.
  4. 4
    Branch dashboard loads
You land on the branch portal scoped to your assigned branch(es).

Forgot password

If you forget your Admin password, click Forgot Password on the login page. An email is sent to your registered address with a reset link. The link expires in 60 minutes.

Managers who forget their PIN should ask their Admin — Admins can view the PIN from the staff record in Staff Management.

Set password (first-time login)

When an Admin account is first created by the TTT POS team, an invite email is sent. Click the link in the email to set your initial password. The link expires in 24 hours — contact support if it has expired.

Security

  • Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
  • Manager PINs are encrypted with HMAC — staff cannot read each other's PINs
  • Sessions expire after a period of inactivity — you will be asked to log in again
  • All login attempts are logged in the audit trail
