Branch Staff
Manage staff assigned to a branch — their shifts, roles, and PINs.
Branch staff management covers everything related to the people working at a specific location — from creating accounts and assigning PINs to tracking shifts.
Viewing branch staff
Go to Branch → Staff to see all staff members assigned to this branch, their role, status, shift schedule, and contact details.

Adding a staff member
- 1Click Add StaffFill in the staff member's name, phone number, address, CNIC, and role.
- 2PIN assignedA 6-digit PIN is automatically generated by the system. The staff member uses their Employee ID and this PIN to log in.
- 3SaveThe account is active immediately — the staff member can log in to the POS with their Employee ID and PIN.
Deactivating a staff member
Go to the staff member's record and set their Status to Suspended. Their Employee ID and PIN immediately stop working on the Cashier POS. Their historical data — orders and till sessions — is retained in full.
Staff accounts cannot be deleted — suspend them to remove access while preserving their historical records.
